A joyful first step into dance for children aged 3 to Reception age.

Little Lovelies combines ballet and tap in a friendly, imaginative class created especially for our youngest dancers.

Parents are very welcome to stay and watch the first class. After that, children join us independently, helping them grow in confidence and feel part of their class.

What happens in class?

Each week we explore a new theme using carefully chosen music and props. We start with tap, discovering rhythm, musicality and simple steps, before changing into ballet shoes for imaginative movement and the foundations of ballet.

Along the way, children develop coordination, confidence, listening skills and friendships — with lots of encouragement, plenty of smiles and no previous dance experience needed.

Uniform

Our uniform is compulsory with a classical bun for Ballet and a neat ponytail for all other classes. We expect our pupils to be beautifully presented.

There’s no need to buy uniform for your free trial – just wear something comfortable to dance in.

Once enrolled, our Little Lovelies uniform can be ordered online. Hair should be neat and securely away from the face in a little ballet bun for girls.
